Summary: Modern AU. Arthur hasn't seen or talked to his father in five years. He goes to visit him in his office to introduce him to his and Merlin's adopted daughter.

Notes: Written for merlinxarthur's fanfic challenge #4, for this kink meme prompt: (highlight if you want to know, it spoils most of the plot of the fic) Uther Pendragon is known as one of the most ruthless men in business. Stockbrokers tremble at the sight of him, normally heartless lawyers cry at the mention of his name, people never look him directly in the eye because they fear they'll be turned to stone if they do, etc, etc. This would all change if they saw how he acts when in front of a baby. All I want is a fic where Uther turns into a complete woobie when faced with anyone under the age of 5 (preferably Arthur and Merlin's kids). I'm talking a cooing, mushy-face making, cheek pinchy, Peek-a-Boo-enthusiast Uther.
A couple of things that I didn't get to mention: Arthur and Merlin are now both working for Merlin's uncle Gaius and their daughter full name is actually Edith Emrys-Pendragon. My f-list will know where I got her name from.

Notes: Written for merlinxarthur's fanfic challenge #1. Prompt was picture three - though I ended up writing less sleepy cuddling and more bickering because I feel those two are at their best when they act like an old married couple. Despite this being technically a first time fic.
